Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme 100 × 100 × 2 mm Thermal Pad

Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme is a great option for applications where thermal paste is not an option due to its difficult application. This is particularly useful when gaps between heat source and heat sink must be bridged, for example with memory chips and voltage converters. The silicone-based heating pad has a plasticine-like consistency.

This allows for an ideal surface design with the maximum possible compaction. Thermal conductivity has been improved by approximately 260% over the Minus Pad 8, enabling the best performance for difficult cooling tasks such as voltage regulators and memory ICs.

The Minus Pad Extreme is available in different sizes and thicknesses - here 100 x 100 x 2 mm. The pads work extremely well with very little contact pressure and thermal conductivity is only slightly affected by thickness. Therefore, the choice of thickness must depend entirely on the space to be saved. The Minus Pad Extreme is electrically isolated. Due to consistency, single use is recommended.
