The NETRS2321P 1-Port Serial to Ethernet Converter is an effective solution for the remote connection, configuration and administration of RS-232 serial devices through IP LAN networks. The RS-232 to Ethernet converter is designed to work seamlessly with any integrated remote serial port, while giving you the tools necessary to communicate with remote serial devices as if they were directly connected.

This adapter includes a versatile web browser-based utility and Virtual Com port configuration software, both of which allow you to configure the device to fit your needs. Additionally, the adapter is remotely configurable via Telnet and supports IP, HTTP, ICMP, DHCP, ARP, TCP and UDP protocols, while delivering speeds of up to 460.8 Kbps.

Due to the strength of its aluminum case and the brackets that make it possible to mount it on a wall or on DIN rails, this device server is a durable remote serial port interface for industrial automation, security, point of sale, etc.
