Additionally, its Ethernet Port allows the TL-WA850RE to act as a wireless adapter to convert a wired device into a wireless one.

300Mbps Range Extender The TL-WA850RE is designed to conveniently expand the coverage and improve the signal strength of an existing wireless network to eliminate "dead zones", helping users maintain an existing wireless network and greatly improve the network coverage. With 802.11n wireless speeds at 300Mbps, it's ideal for smooth HD video, music streaming, and network gaming.

Easy Installation The device's miniature wall-mountable design makes it easy to install and flexible to carry. Additionally, the TL-WA850RE's profile function remembers previously paired wireless networks, meaning there is no need to restart the device when changing partner routers.

  Plug and Play Without new cabling, within the range of their existing wireless network, users will be able to easily expand wireless coverage by simply pressing the WPS button on their router and then the Range Extender button on their TL-WA850RE or vice versa. An additional press on the pairing button will quickly establish an encrypted connection with client devices.

Ethernet Bridge The TL-WA850RE's single Ethernet port allows the Extender to function as a wireless adapter to connect wired devices such as Blu-ray® players, game consoles, digital video recorders and Internet-enabled TVs. At the same time, the device can share the wireless network.

Smart Signal Light Indicator Its 5 light indicators represent the current signal strength that the TL-WA850RE receives from the existing router, which can help you find the ideal location to place the range extender so that the TL-WA850RE can achieve the best network reach and performance as possible.
