The high-performance thermal pads of the Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad series consist of a highly elastic and flexible surface area with a very high thermal conductivity, which compensates for even the smallest gaps between components. Available in a variety of different sizes and thicknesses.

The easy-to-process and flexible thermal pads are composed of different components, based on a formula complex of silicon ceramic and nano aluminum oxide. Therefore, the pads ensure constant and optimal heat transfer.
